The MXM-SA family of products provides a more DIY open architecture, all while maintaining the same performance and control feature-set found in the MXM table-top models.
For situations where the turn-key MXM enclosed systems can’t accommodate the flow rates or number of gas channels needed by the gas mixing application, the MXM-SA family of gas blending solutions provides a more DIY open architecture, while maintaining the exact same performance and feature-set found in the fully-enclosed models.
Select up to 10 channels of individual gas flow control, with full scale range options from 100 SCCM up to 5000 SLPM per channel. In addition to the chosen Alicat Scientific MFCs, each MXM-SA system includes Fusion Flow’s proprietary MixModule brain unit, a gas mixing multiplexer connection board (GMB), 24VDC power supply, and all the cables needed to run the system either autonomously, or by host computer.

Custom engineered for every application, the MXM family of gas mixers are the only hardware-based blenders of their kind to offer both flow and pressure delivery modes. Accurate and dynamic gas mixing is accomplished via specially tuned Alicat Scientific mass flow controllers commanded by our proprietary MixModule device. The MXM-SA’s automation and data logging capabilities can be greatly augmented with the optional Fusion Flow MXM software, although the MXM-SA is designed operate fully autonomously without connection to a PC. This makes the MXM-SA a great choice for single-purpose, continuous use gas blending applications.
